As A Petra Fashions consultant, the first question you need to ask yourself is: "Where do customers shop?"
- Customers shop at a place that s familiar
- Customers shop at a place they trust
- Customers shop at a place with good prices
- Customers shop at a place that s well promoted
- Customers shop at a place they ve shopped at before.
So what does knowing the habits of a happy shopper have to do with Froogle, the comparison shopping engine? Well simply put; many people are familiar with Google's Foogle and they trust Google because they've been there before, it's well promoted, and as always it is convenient. While Google's Froogle never sets prices on items or markets stuff themself, they do allow shoppers to compare various prices. They've hit the consumer's nail right on its head.
